ESD

ESD is a minimally invasive procedure that removes cancer from a patient's gastrointestinal tract without removing the affected organ. This allows the patient to maintain their quality of life.
The gastrointestinal tract is the passageway that carries food from the mouth to the anus and includes the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, and large intestine.
